Order and payment procedure

You can order through our order form, by email, phone or by visiting our boutique in Rhodes. You will receive a confirmation of your order within 24 hours.
Your order is binding and you are obligated to check the order confirmation and inform Occasions immediately (within 24 hours) should something not be correct.

It is possible to order samples of guest favors for you to be sure that the item is exactly as the displayed photo or according to your special request.

Vat of 13% is included in the stated prices.
You may choose between customer receipt or company invoice to be issued for your order.
Special offers are valid until the stock of the item is finished

Payment is required with order confirmation.
Payment methods:
Bank transfer: To any of Occasions bank accounts, details will be given upon order confirmation.
Credit card: Master Card and VISA are accepted and can be used with safety. Occasions require at your first order a copy of your identity card to ensure that the card is being used by the cardholder.

The items will be sent to you within 15 working days upon received payment unless otherwise is agreed upon

Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are added to the cost of the items as follows unless otherwise agreed:

Within Europe:
Outside of Europe:

Return of ordered items are not accepted.
